What happens after I purchase an itinerary?

A digital download link will be sent via email to the customer when the purchase has been completed. You will immediately be able to download a pdf of the itinerary. The link will expire 24hours after the first download.

What if I don’t like the itinerary I purchased?

Ultimately, I want my customers to be happy with the product being purchased. That being said, each itinerary is bought with the understanding that you are purchasing access to the curation of my experience. There is no refund for access to this content. This content is painstakingly created over a period of hours. So even if the itinerary does not suit your needs, consider it to be payment for the work that was done to prepare the itinerary. What if I have trouble downloading the itinerary?
